So, we’re going to be launching our site by Thanksgiving – we already have some pretty cool ways to market the site. However, we are always looking for some new, awesome ideas.
We’re once again turning to our dedicated community, to see if anyone has a fantastic marketing plan that we haven’t thought of yet.
So, if you submit a marketing idea, and we use it, we’ll make sure you are rewarded! (Free mobile phones, starbucks cards, Zemble T-Shirts, etc.)
Good luck, and start brainstorming!

Hey Guys, the site looks great..
Two ideas for you:
1. Buy some advertisements on Facebook for local colleges – USC, UCLA, Loyola, Pepperdine, etc.- College students need this for group projects, greek events, etc. Last year I posted some ads and it was incredibly cheap.
2. Create a Scavenger Hunt with some solid prizes (PS3, IPOD, Wii, etc). People will sign up, give you their cell phone number.. at this point you explain Zemble’s concept. Then setup three or four locations in LA where the people have to go to get the next clue.,, but each clue they recieve at the locations is incomplete in its info for the next location, until they receive the next group Zemble text (which would also not make sense until the person had first received the “hard clue” from the location).. So, when the first person arrives at each location, the group text can be sent to everyone.. which will let the others know to get their ass in gear. So you’ll have people racing around LA to get the prize and at each location you can have a Zemble rep give clues / tell people about Zemble and give out info. Just make the end location a party somewhere, so even if they don’t get a prize, people are having a good time. .. then again, they might be super pissed if they run around all day, don’t get a prize, then you offer them a bud light.. most people would appreciate it though.

Or better yet (cheaper anyway), incorporate the Facebook API into Zemble (see: http://developers.facebook.com/) and get free publicity on Facebook. [Opens hands to catch a pile of Starbucks cards.]

1. Make it possible to create individual pages tied to each Zemble, like http://www.zemble.com/userpages/mydoctor with provisions to insert our own revenue generating links
2. Expose API so messaging can be generated from partner sites
